POSTAGE DETAILS - AUSTRALIA
Postage for all Australian orders is now a flat rate of $15
Most small and medium parcels are sent express post and are trackable
Goods in stock will be posted within a few days, but check the availability of each item carefully - many products are special orders from local suppliers - deliveries of which come in each week (usually Monday / Tuesday)
Moon parcels and Sabbat packs are usually sent out express, one week before the event.
I sent an email when your parcel goes out from here - so you can keep an eye out for it then.
If you need something by a certain date just let us know.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please contact us first, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order
POSTAGE DETAILS - INTERNATIONAL
We do post to most countries - just check if your country is not coming up.
Jewellery and very light parcels are $24 with tracking
other parcels will vary by weight - the cart will estimate $45 which covers most orders - but if your parcel is bulky or heavy and it would more than this I will check with you first about going ahead.
NZ customers in particular will also get a refund if postage is much less than estimated.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
It is not normally worth doubling up on the post to return an item - so select carefully.
Luckily we seem to have very little problem with breakages and faults :)
