| Has my order been posted? |

You should receive an email notice when your order has been posted. You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has been posted, the order is no longer editable and you would need to start a new order or contact us directly with any problems. |
| How do I track my order? |

All our orders are sent out via Australia Post. Most orders over $50 are registered, in which case the registration number will appear as the "tracking number" if you click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. If the parcel has been posted but has not turned up in the expected timeframe you could contact Australia Post directly to track down the parcel. |
| My order never arrived. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been posted. We are in the Melbourne Metro Postal area when caluculating expected delivery times. If the parcel has taken longer than expected delivery times you should first check in with your local post office that they are not sitting on the parcel. Most orders over $50 are sent as registed mail, so will need to be signed for. If you are not home when the postman first calls they should leave a note to collect the parcel at the post office. Failing that if you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, you can check in with Australia Post to track or confirm if your packages were delivered. Based on past experience, we would actaully need to wait a month before declaring the parcel lost - expecially if you live in the farther Australian states. (Six weeks for International orders). |

Be sure that all of the items in your order are marked as having been posted as we may have split up the order, if we are still waiting for other items. Then if you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with Australia Post to confirm that all your packages were delivered. After that contact us for further information. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |
| When will my backorder arrive? |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers did not have on hand and may be unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you and send you an email confirming that. |
