This is not a quick 15 minute reading these take between 30 mins and 3 hrs (a 3 hr one is rare but they do happen). The reason for this is for every card that is drawn contrary (upside down) another is drawn. Each contrary card is read until a card comes up Right side up and that card usually helps resolve all the contrary cards that have come up. So you can see how a 7 card spread can turn into a 15 or more card spread!

A bit about me - I am part American Indian Blackfoot and spent a lot of time as a child on the reservation learning much from what people would call the Medicine Woman of the tribe. As an American Indian I identify with the North American animals, which is what is used in the medicine cards. I also use tarot decks, but always seem to fall back on my medicine cards and my totem for in-depth info.

Maybe one day I will feel comfortable enough to offer Tarot readings but for today Medicine Card Readings are right for me :)
